
Both of these tutorials were very useful, as a new public library employee the orientation was especially interesting. Of course, I know everything there is to know and therefore it was just a brush up. Honestly, it was useful and similar to the Library 101 orientation that I participated in a few years ago when we did the scavenger hunt. On a different topic, the Customer Service tutorial was very detailed and I think any time we can gain information from another library it is a good idea. MCPLD offers excellent customer service by the way.
